The kitchen is now under the keen leadership of head chef Ben Sulston. Bens Background comes from working the great kitchens of Le Manoir, The Square, Rhodes 24, The Green House & The Fat Duck, showcasing what he believes as the best of British produce at the Rainbow Inn.
To the rear of the most attractive 18th century building is a secluded courtyard and a large enclosed back garden with charming views over the South Downs. Additionally, the pub has 3 stylish private dining rooms for special occasions or business meetings & entertaining.

at The Rainbow Inn whether they come in for a quick drink, a light snack
or a celebration dinner. In winter log fires help create a cosy and
inviting atmosphere. Children are well catered for too with a special
